Position:
Davis Wire is currently seeking Production Workers for our Kent, WA location. These roles have the responsibility to produce and create the many products that the company offers.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery to draw, coil, and produce various types of wire and wire products
- Work with co-workers, supervisors and maintenance to troubleshoot issues with machines or material
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Be compliant with all safety regulations
- Read, understand and follow production schedule
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift/carry at least 75 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs safely
- Must have reliable transportation and attendance
- Must be able to become certified and operate a forklift safely
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background, drug/alcohol, and physical screenings
- Must be at least 18 years old – due to work environment

Schedule:
- 12 Days on/2 days off
- 1st shift – 7:00am-3:30pm or
- 2nd shift – 3:00pm-11:30pm or
- 3rd Shift – 11:00pm-7:30am
Pay and other information:
- $20.00+/per hour depending on experience With the opportunity to earn up to an additional $6 per hour in incentive pay
