As a Line Lead, your role involves overseeing the operation of production lines, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to company specifications. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean work area, promptly reporting any safety concerns, and delivering products that meet all quality and regulatory requirements.
In this hands-on role, you'll gain a deep understanding of the technical and operational aspects of the line. From operating equipment to troubleshooting and driving continuous improvement, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing productivity and quality across multiple pieces of equipment.
Your daily and monthly responsibilities will include meeting customer orders, monitoring product quality, operating various equipment, identifying process improvement opportunities, and enforcing company policies. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to train and supervise new production line employees, all while driving the Lean Initiative for your area.
To excel in this role, you'll need excellent organizational skills, the ability to work well with others and lead teams, and regular attendance. A high school diploma or GED, along with at least three years of production line experience in a related industry, is required. You should also have extensive knowledge of product specifications, production standards, and industry regulations. Experience with mechanical systems and chemical handling is a plus.

Shift:
Initially, the position will be Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm for training. However, it will transition into a unique shift rotation as follows:
Hours: 6:45 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
One week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Next week: Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
Then the rotation starts over
