Machine Helper

We have an exciting opportunity with a premier manufacturer who is looking to add a Machine Loader to their growing team. Proven experience in collaborating with team members and assisting in problem resolution on similar equipment is a plus. Well-versed in the technical aspects of the job, demonstrating initiative, and effectively training new operators.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Operate production line/cell.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Assist in resolving basic issues on similar equipment.
• Understand the general and technical aspects of the job.
• Use judgment in problem-solving.
• Operate a complex production line/cell.
• Set up and operate multiple machines/lines/cells with virtually no assistance from Team Leader.
• Require a high degree of initiative.
• Help others resolve virtually all issues within normal operations.
• Work under minimal supervision.
• Train new operators on all aspects of machine/cell/line operation.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred, not required.
• Technical experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Working Hours: 11:00PM-7:00AM
Pay: $18-19.00
