Pay and Benefits
- Pay Rate = $24.07 per hour, plus shift differential for 2nd and 3rd

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate operation of multi-color rotary die cutter in a safe and competent manner to achieve daily production goals.
- Assist with machine setup, mounting of printing plates and cutting dies, troubleshooting, and color/print adjustments.
- Follow all company safety rules, lock-out tag-out procedures, and good housekeeping practices.
- Maintain a high level of quality and productivity, attention to detail, count accuracy of material and unit appearance.
- Must qualify to become an operator within six months of hire.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a high school graduate or have a GED.
- Ability and willingness to work any shift, overtime hours and weekends as needed.
- Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned facility.
- Ability to read metric and standard tape measures.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, such as schedules and orders.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, stooping.
- Must have an excellent attendance record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.
- Prior printing experience is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to work within a team and effectively communicate with others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
