M365 Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced M365 Teams Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment and integration of Microsoft Teams across our client's network. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of M365 Teams capabilities, project management expertise, and excellent communication skills to drive successful adoption and utilization of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• M365 Teams Deployment: Lead the planning, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Teams within our client's network, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
• Customization and Configuration: Customize M365 Teams to meet the unique needs of different departments and teams within the organization, leveraging features such as channels, tabs, and apps to optimize collaboration and productivity.
• Training and Adoption: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials to educate employees on the features and functionalities of M365 Teams, driving adoption and proficiency across the organization.
• Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, addressing any issues or challenges related to M365 Teams usage and integration.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, implementing appropriate security measures and policies to safeguard sensitive information within M365 Teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in implementing and managing Microsoft 365 Teams in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services, particularly Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams or equivalent are preferred.
