Job Title: Part-Time LVN/RN - Preschool Trach Support
Job Type: Part-Time, W-2 Contract
Hours: 3 hours a day, 4 days a week (8:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
Location:Concord, CA
Description:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled LVN or RN to provide trach support for a preschool student with plex medical needs. The ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in managing tracheostomies, g-tubes, and PRN oxygen administration, as well as familiarity with working with children who are deaf or hard of hearing and have CHARGE syndrome.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and support to a preschool student with medical plexities including tracheostomy, g-tube, PRN oxygen, and cardiac conditions.
- Monitor and manage tracheostomy care, suctioning, and respiratory needs as required.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure the safety and well-being of the student at all times.
- municate effectively with parents, teachers, and healthcare team members regarding the student's care plan and progress.
Requirements:
- Valid LVN or RN license in the state of [Insert State].
- Prior experience working with pediatric patients with tracheostomies and plex medical needs preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.

- Must pass a drug screening.
