Requirements:
- 5 years current clinical experience
- 2 years of Occupational Health experience
- MUST BE A CERTIFIED BREATH ALCOHOL TECHNICIAN (BAT)
- DOT Certification for Drug Screening
- Ergonomic Assessment Experience - Preferred
- Phlebotomy Experience - Strongly Preferred
- Valid Driver License
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- Massachusetts license
- BLS (AHA)
- DOT
- BAT
