LVN Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage patient care according to each patient’s needs.
- Interview patients and record their medical history and physical condition.
- Obtain patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
- Provide routine care for patients.
- Observe patients’ health.
- Review medical charts.
- Accompany patients to their rooms.
- Assist physicians and registered nurses.
- Communicate with patients and their families.
- Perform standard diagnostic procedures.
- Prepare specimens for lab courier.
- Administer medications as needed.
- Provide wound care.
- Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas.
- Assist with patient comfort.
- Monitor catheters.
- Monitor and supervise CNAs and Med Aides.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Completion of state approved training program
- LVN license (pass NCLEX-PN exam)
- BLS certification

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
