Patient is located in Reseda, CA. Every Monday morning, nurse to perform suprapubic catheter care and possible PRN visit throughout the week.
Looking for kind and compassionate LVN's to join the Ideal Choice team. Responsibilities include:
- Monitor patients' vital signs. Head-to-toe assessment
- Ensure that patients take their medication.
- Provide skilled nursing services
- Observe patients' progress throughout treatment.
- Consult patients' families about the patients' progress.
- Input Notes into Kinnser by Wellsky. easy to use software, can also be used to do electronic route sheets.
