Shifts available:

8 hour shifts:

• 6am-2:30pm
• 2:30pm-10:30pm
• 10:30pm-6:30am

Full Time and Part Time schedule available

Documents needed:

• LVN License
• CNA License
• Physical with PPD and MMR
• Vaccine card
• IDs
• Direct deposit info
