Job Summary:
As a Luxury Travel Advisor, your primary responsibility is to provide personalized, travel planning services to affluent clients seeking extraordinary experiences around the globe. You will leverage your expertise, attention to detail, and industry connections to curate bespoke itineraries, secure exclusive amenities, and ensure seamless execution, catering to the discerning tastes and preferences of Luxury Travelers.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation and Relationship Management:
• Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgetary considerations.
• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, personalized recommendations, and attention to detail.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and offering proactive assistance throughout the travel process.
• Itinerary Design and Customization:
• Design tailor-made travel itineraries that reflect the individual preferences, interests, and desires of each client, encompassing luxury accommodations, unique experiences, and VIP access.
• Utilize your extensive knowledge of Luxury Travel destinations, hotels, resorts, and experiences to craft unforgettable journeys that exceed client expectations.
• Coordinate all aspects of the itinerary, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, dining reservations, and special requests, ensuring a seamless and enriching travel experience.
• Product Knowledge and Supplier Relations:
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and offerings in the Luxury Travel industry, including emerging destinations, luxury hotels, private villas, and exclusive experiences.
• Foster and maintain relationships with Luxury Travel suppliers, including hotels, tour operators, airlines, and concierge services, to secure preferential rates, upgrades, and VIP amenities for clients.
• Continuously expand your product knowledge and network of industry contacts to offer clients unparalleled access and insider insights.
• Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Identify opportunities to upsell premium services, amenities, and experiences to enhance the overall travel experience and maximize revenue.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals through proactive client engagement, strategic sales tactics, and effective relationship management.
• Leverage your sales skills and industry expertise to cultivate new business opportunities and expand the client base within the Luxury Travel market.
• Travel Coordination and Support:
• Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their travels, including assistance with itinerary adjustments, emergency situations, and special requests.
• Liaise with travel suppliers, local partners, and destination management companies to ensure all aspects of the itinerary are executed flawlessly and exceed client expectations.
• Anticipate and address any potential travel disruptions or challenges, proactively offering solutions and personalized assistance to enhance the client experience.

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Luxury Travel Advisor
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, cruise lines, and world wide tours is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with travel booking systems
