Luxury Sales Associate

We offer a competitive commission structure with bonus opportunities throughout the year; new Sales Associates have the ability to earn a starting salary of $75,000. In this role, you will:

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Be skilled at asking appropriate questions to identify a client's needs and provide assistance and knowledge on products and brands
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge
• Achieve personal and department sales goals, often exceeding beyond your goal
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Clientele to new and current clients (reach out, follow ups, etc.) to build productive trust relationships with clients
• Strategize own business and be self‐motivated; take initiative to increase individual productivity through selling and strong client relationships
• Utilize social media to connect with clients, serve their needs, and follow up as necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous selling experience in a luxury retail establishment, preferably in the men's department
• Established client relationships is preferred
• Extensive understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
