SalaryParking Systems of America, the premier Texas based Full-Service parking company, is currently looking for both part and Part/ Full time Concierge's to join our team!
Concierge Attendant Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents in a friendly and helpful manor
- Ensure Packages are Logged and Stored
- Assist with any special requests residents may have
- Assist with coordinating move in and out
- Assist with all Leasing office requests
- Attention to detail to ensure coffee stations refilled, pillows straight, etc
- Instruct residents how to use the buildings amenities
Concierge Qualifications:
- Must be 21 and legally authorized to work in the US
- Must have residential or hotel concierge training
- Proficient in Microsoft office, basic computer skills
- Attention to detail for guest and resident needs
- Able to adapt to different situations daily'
