Responsibilities:

- Lead Repair & Service Department to maintain margin & profitability
- Lead Sales and associates on sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

-Act as manager in their absence
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train, supervise, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize product availability
- Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate cash handling
- Utilize POS system for sales transactions and inventory management
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training and development
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and manage budgets

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in jewelry sales or retail sales preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for cash handling and budgeting purposes
- Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts
- Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers and employees
