- Greet guests in our luxury showroom to find their perfect match for their sleep comfort
- Create an elite customer experience by matching customers with quality merchandise to match their Eunique sleep needs
- Learn and remain up to date on the current range of store merchandise (different product lines, their differences, pros and cons, etc.), to be well equipped to recommend the best-suited products for each guest
- Assist guests with purchasing, financing, and delivery follow-up
- Provide an excellent customer experience
- Support the American Mattress culture of honesty and integrity
- Maintain utmost professionalism at all times
- Work diligently toward exceeding personal sales goals
- Utilize hardware/software for sales transactions, training, reporting, and other required activities
- Ensure alertness and attentiveness throughout the entirety of your shift to achieve and maintain optimal performance
- Natural ability to relate, connect, and build rapport with customers.
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with assistive technology (tablets, POS system, CRM)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- Two (2) years in high-end sales (Required)
