About the Role
As a National Luxury Associate at Compass, you will be instrumental in driving the operational and marketing initiatives of the Luxury Division team. Your primary focus will be on spearheading our tentpole projects, Curated Magazine and the Ultra-Luxury Report. Additionally, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating and organizing our various luxury channels and the features we provide for our agents and their listings. This pivotal role demands exceptional organizational prowess, adept project management capabilities, unwavering attention to detail, and a knack for thriving in dynamic environments. Collaborating closely with team leadership and cross-functional departments, you will co-lead the charge in executing projects that not only yield tangible results, but also enhance the stature of the Compass brand within the luxury real estate domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of projects aimed at achieving annual KPIs by focusing on streamlining marketing and design tools to drive positive outcomes for customers and enhance organizational efficiencies.
- Support the execution of the Luxury Division's tentpole projects, including Curated Magazine and the Ultra-Luxury Report, contributing to their successful implementation and impact.
- Collect, funnel, and organize requests for features across all Luxury Division platforms, ensuring timely updates and alignment with team goals.
- Draft effective communications for both internal team members and external customers, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.
- Assist in monitoring, updating, and communicating relevant metrics related to the Luxury Division's success and KPIs, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Support with updating the overall playbook of policies, roadmap, and procedures for day-to-day operations of the luxury team.
- Assist with editorial content and articles, demonstrating strong copywriting skills and meticulous attention to brand voice and style.
- Develop and maintain systems and workflows to keep projects on track and ensure efficient execution.
- Coordinate department meetings, agendas, and presentations to share announcements and important information with the Luxury Division and other internal departments.
- Collaborate with team and regional leadership to identify opportunities for enhanced processes and scalable marketing initiatives, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
- Approach all challenges with a creative, problem-solving mentality, demonstrating a willingness to dive in and play a hands-on role with a glass-half-full mentality.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of experience in marketing, luxury, or branding role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Deep understanding of marketing strategy and planning, with the ability to identify the most effective tactics across various channels.
- Proven project management skills, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment, taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion.
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized approach to tasks and projects.
- Proficient multitasker who excels in demanding, fast-paced environments.
- Strong copywriting skills with a keen focus on brand voice and messaging consistency.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, enabling quick adaptation and formulation of solutions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and derive insights from metrics.
- Excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building and managing relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in the Google Suite and demonstrated experience in creating systems and workflows.
- Natural eye for design and familiarity with creative software such as InDesign and Canva is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools like Workfront is a plus.
Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $47,900-$$71,800 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
