Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your friendly and attentive service will contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for our patrons.

Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner

- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations

- Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently

- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests

- Process payments and handle cash transactions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Assist with food preparation as needed

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members

- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change

- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus

- Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is beneficial

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $6.38 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 36 per week
