Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support remotely. Your responsibilities will include project coordination, calendar management, file organization, and customer service. Duties:
- Coordinate and manage projects for clients
- Perform data entry and order entry tasks
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails on behalf of clients
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Organize and maintain files and documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using various online tools and platforms for project management, calendar management, and file organization
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in a dental office or related field is a plus
