This position is in Cargill’s agricultural supply chain business, where we seamlessly connect farming customers with food, feed and industry.Job Type: Full TimeShift(s) Available: 1stCompensation: $36.75/hr Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee DiscountsPrincipal Accountabilities Complete re-lubrication routes and perform visual inspectionsPerform lubrication inspection, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on oil reservoirsMaintain and refill all Centralized Lubrication Systems and Single Point Automatic LubricatorsInstall and maintain equipment with components such as: air breathers, sightglasses, hydraulic quick connects, pitot sampling tubes to enable others tasks like oil sampling, portable filtration, and oil change, as directed by Lubrication PMs, or as follow-up to condition based monitoringMaintain all lubricant inventory storage rooms and prepare all transportation devices for plant useDocument Time Based Oil Change PMs against work ordersSample oil reservoirs and prepare for shipping to the offsite labEnter all route follow-ups, complete all "Object List" check and visual inspection findings into the CMMS (SAP)Create and/or modify Lubrication ProceduresWork with Maintenance Technicians to commission any new or replaced equipment to ensure it is properly lubricated prior to start upComplete all EHS requirements (safety meetings, Pre-Job Hazard Analysis, permits, etc.)Attend required Maintenance Team meetingsRequired Qualifications: Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderAbility to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodationAbility to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipmentAbility to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written)High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experienceBasic use of a computerAbility to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance noticeAble to perform maintenance trades including rigging systems, gearbox and bearing, maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems, mechanical maintenance, Hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Must have a minimum of 5 years in the mechanical industryAbility to obtain Certified MLT Level 1 through the International Council of Machinery LubricationPreferred Qualifications: Forklift certifiedExperience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and WordWorking knowledge of inventory systemsPrior experience in production related workAble to perform maintenance trades including electrical, machinist, welding, pipe fitting, and fabricationKnowledge of Centralized Lubrication Systems and/or Automatic LubricatorsBasic understanding of Oil Sampling practices, Analysis, and ReportsKnowledge of online and portable oil filtrationBasic understanding of supporting PdM Technologies such as: Ultrasound and VibrationKnowledge of process equipment (conveyance systems, fans, blowers, pumps, etc.)Previous experience with MRO (Maintenance Repair Ops) and/or MRP (Material Requirement Planning)Possession of or the ability to obtain a driver’s licenseConsidered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
