Lube Technician

Felix Construction Company is seeking an entry level Lube Technician. This role will do oil changes and other fluid replacement on heavy equipment located on job sites throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. This position will report to the shop at the beginning of each shift and then travel to various job sites to service equipment. Some overtime and second shift hours may be required.
Responsibilities

• Perform oil and lube service on equipment such as backhoes, loaders, and lifts
• Check fluid levels (brake fluid, transmission and differential fluids and engine coolants)
• Follow and complete equipment inspection forms
• Must adhere to company and job site safety requirements

• Previous experience working on equipment preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to bend, twist and stand for long periods of time outside to perform normal job duties
• Team player, motivated to learn
• Able to effectively communicate and follow directions
• Ability to use GPS and cell phone technology to locate job sites
• Must have valid driver's license with good driving record
• Have the legal right to work in the U.S. for any employer
