Immediately Hiring: (2) Full Time Lube Advisors
We are expanding our Service Department to add (2) Lube Advisors to our team! Prior Lube Advisor experience is always preferred but not necessarily required - if you have a strong customer focus managers are willing to train!
Pay Range: $3,500 - $4,000 per month - depending on if individual performance objectives (Sales and CSI) are met.
Schedule: Our Service Department is open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sunday. Below are the (2) tentative schedules we are looking to fill.
Responsibilities:
The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles. - Monday through Friday, 7:00a - 5:30p
- Tuesday through Friday, 7:00a - 5:30p and Saturday 8:00a - 4:00p
