Effective immediately, a vacancy for a Long-Term Substitute Speech and Language Therapist position for preschool exists within the Division of Student Services for the Chester County Intermediate Unit. This position will serve preschool special education students countywide.

Salary & Schedule beginning 2023-24 School Year (Professional):
$53,277 to $84,228 E/I
$61,041 to $98,278 - Master's degree
$63,691 to $102,147 - Master's degree plus 15 credits
$65,079 to $103,999 - Master's degree plus 30 credits

Qualifications:
- Must have valid PDE certification as a Speech & Language Therapist
- Master's degree in Communicative Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence; Clinical Fellowship year considered
- Current police, child abuse and FBI Fingerprint clearances required
- Clearance as an MA provider by the Commonwealth of PA and federal government (conducted by CCIU upon hire)
- Provide speech/language therapy services, complete evaluations and maintain all paperwork for a caseload of students including itinerant classrooms.
