Responsible for collaborating with other health professionals in organizing, implementing and evaluating quality of patient care. Performs specific nursing duties within the scope of practice as stated in the Nurse Practice Act of Arkansas, the standards and expectations of the institutions, as supported by the mission, vision, and core values of the organization. Liason between site personnel and the appropriate management support staff for Millard Henry Clinic and Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. Implementation and coordination of policy as agreed upon and communicated by management staff of Millard Henry Clinic. Identification of potential problem areas of operation at the site, development of alternative solution ideas, and proper communication/recommendation prior to implementing of the selected resolution action items. Supervising administrative and clinical staff at the site.
