Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
- Licensed Nurse in the applicable state.
- We take new graduates; we will train you!
Responsibilities:
- Provides skilled nursing care as outlined in the nursing care plan.
- Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs.
- Administer Physician-prescribed medication to patients.
- Provide education to clients and their family on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
- Coordinate with Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other individuals in the client's care plan
- Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the client.
