Sterling Medical is currently looking for

LPN/LVN for Referral Management-Virtual Health

ON-SITE at Tripler Army Medical Center

Honolulu, HI

Great Pay, 2 Weeks PTO, 56 hours sick time, 11 Paid Federal Holidays

Qualifications

Education

· LPN program or certification from an approved Licensed Practical Nursing Program

Experience:

· 1 years of clinical nursing experience is required with specific background in overseeing and coordinating patient care.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION!!!

This position will not have direct patient contact, however it will be a telehealth, Teleconsultation position, so good communication and computer skills are essential for this position!

License/Certification:

· Current, Active, full, and unrestricted License to practice Nursing in accordance with State Board requirements.

· Must be a current US licensed Practical Nurse.
