Evolve Healthcare is seeking an LVN/LPN with Med Surg/Telemetry experience. Must have LPN IV Certification.
The Telemetry LPN/LVN should have the following characteristics: advocacy, clinical judgment, caring practices, systems thinking, response to diversity, collaboration, clinical inquiry and be a teacher to educate the patients and their families.
$2,165.00- Weekly Wages/ $59.00 Blended Rate (Based on 36 hours)

• $1,080.00 -Taxable wages
• $1,085.00 - Non-taxable Wages (Meals and Lodging Stipend)

$30.00 hourly taxable pay and $155.00 daily non-taxable stipends
Assignment Details:

• Tentative Start Date: 08/29/2022
• 13 week(s)
• Shift Information: Day shift 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Facility Requirements:

• Must have CA LPN license
• Must have LPN IV Certification
• Must have BLS certifications (Must be through the American Heart Association)
• Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
