LPN with $3000.00 Sign-on Bonus

At our facility you will have the opportunity to work with high acuity short-term rehab patients, short-term rehab patients, long-term care patients, and behavioral patients. We are currently seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to add to our team of professionals. We invite you to come and join our growing team.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN is responsible for providing routine daily nursing to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Allegiant standards.
