The Concord Care Center of Hartford is a 50 bed skilled nursing facility is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to take care of our residents. The Staff Nurse works closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure the best possible functions of the assigned unit. The Staff Nurse will maintain the standards of Nursing Care and practices within the facility to meet the physical, psychosocial, and rehabilitative needs of the residents.
