• Office Location - Nashville TN - 4 miles west of airport

HomeFirst Home Health provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in state of Tennessee. We are looking to hire a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse. As a Private Duty LPN, you would be responsible for conducting focused care and patient / family teaching in the home setting

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse
• Current state license
• One (1) year nursing experience
• Skilled nursing, assisted living, home health or Private Duty experience a plus
