We are seeking a LPN to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to patients in an outpatient setting, with compassion.
Responsibilities:
- Taking vital signs
- Performing EKG's
- Performing in office lab testing
- Provide basic patient care and treatment
- Collaborate with Physician to administer prescribed injectable medications
- Clean/Sterilize/stock patient rooms
- Educate patients on their test results/diets/etc
- Medication Authorizations
- Set up for examinations
- Monitor supply inventory
- Monitor expiration dates of in office medications and test kits.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with EKG, Oxygen, and other basic Medical office equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in face paced environment
Small Primary Care Practice with one provider. We cater to adult patients only, with an emphasis on chronic conditions.
