LPN/ OR Technician, UHS Summit Building
United Health Services is seeking a LPN/ OR Technician to join our department at UHS Summit Building in Binghamton, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

$25.12 - $35.87 per hour, depending on experience.
Overview
***Up to $15,000 sign on bonus for experienced LPN's***
***Up to 12,500 for education reimbursement for new grad LPN's***
An LPN/OR Technician will be working in the Operating Room, Prepping the OR, Creating sterile environments, Assisting the Surgeon.
Many Full Time and Part Time employment available, different shifts and locations.
Under general direction, observes and practices sterile technique, maintains asepsis, anticipates and assists the surgeon as needed. Actively participates in patient care and safety. Utilizes OR supplies conservatively and operates as a team member of the OR staff.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing.

Preferred:

• Previous clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Previous Operating Room experience.

License/Certification
Minimum Required:

• Current New York State Practical Nurse License.
• CPR Certification required within 3 months of hire.
