Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Day Shifts 7am-5pm

Home Staff Inc. is the leading provider of home health care services in the Chicago area. We ar 7a-5pe currently seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN with Home Staff Inc., you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in their homes, following established care plans and protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and health status.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and treatment options.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Perform wound care and dressings as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Illinois.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in home health care or a similar setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medications, and common diseases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound nursing judgments.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
