Job Requirements:
- FL RN (Registered Nurse) license
- 1 year Acute Care hospital LPN experience preferred
- Cardiac Care and Heart Monitoring experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
About the Job:
- Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
- Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Night Shift Available (3x12's varying days)
Experience
Required- Able to work in stressful conditions. Good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to relate to patients, staff, physicians and visitors in a positive and compassionate way.
- Previous experience in an acute care clinical setting preferred.
Education
Required- High School or better
- Associates or better

Required- C-AHA BLS Basic Cardiac
- L-FL-LPN
- C-AHA ACLS
