LPN Medical Review Nurse, UHS Home Care TTHH
United Health Services is seeking an LPN Medical Review Nurse to join our Quality Management department at UHS Home Care TTHH in Johnson City, NY. This position is benefits-eligible.
Shift: Day
Hours per week: 40
Salary range: $19.34 - $27.08 per hour, depending on experience.
Overview
This job is in an office setting. There will be training will be provided for OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding certification. We prefer familiarity with the required clinical documentation to support Medicare coverage. This position will participate in the agency’s quality improvement program, completing OASIS reviews, medical coding, and performing chart audits as assigned.

- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
License/Certification
Minimum Required:
- License and current registration to practice as a licensed practical nurse in New York State
