LPN - Medical Detox

Farnum is Easterseals New Hampshire's comprehensive alcohol and other drug addiction treatment program that offers a full continuum of care including Detoxification, Residential and Outpatient services. We are looking for a Medical Detox LPN to join our team!
Qualifications: This position requires a NH LPN license and experience working with individuals with complex medical needs. Prior psychiatric/Medical Detox experience is preferred. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and insurance are also necessary.
This individual will provide physical care and carry out therapeutic and medical regimens. Responsibilities will include assisting with providing direction and oversight for residents' medical needs, helping coordinate and/or delivering all nursing care procedures and related health care activities, maintaining proper documentation and ensuring ongoing, cooperative communication and collaboration with ancillary service providers.
Compensation: Starting rate is $29.00/hr. Additional pay is based on experience and education. We also offer hourly shift differentials for both 2nd (+$2.50/hour) and 3rd (+$4.50/hour) shifts.
Hours: Full-Time, 30 hours/week (10 hour shifts). The schedule is Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 9pm-7am.
