Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited licensed vocational school of nursing.
- Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire:
