LPN duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Administering medication via tube
- Collecting and observing client vitals
- Administering nutrients via feeding tube
- Rotating and repositioning client as scheduled
- Performing assigned ADL's
- Experience with DME utilization (wheelchair, walker, etc.)
Position Requirements:
- Comfort working in a self-directed one-on-one environment or group environment
- Experience working with individuals with special needs and intellectual disabilities
- Proof of TB test results and CPR training
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
- Own and use a smartphone
- Willingness to uphold and enforce health and safety standards

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
