LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Full Time/Part Time Evening

Spring Oak Senior Living is actively seeking Full Time or Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Berlin, NJ location. The Licensed Practical Nurse will supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Medication Aides, assist in trainings and orientations, and work in partnership with the Director of Nursing.

Schedule: Part Time/Full Time/Per-Diem Evening 3:00p-11:00p

Pay: From $25.00-$30.00 Per Hour, Bi-Weekly Pay cycle

General Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Follow the service plan in providing services to residents and assist with their medical problems.

-Assist in the development and updating of each resident’s service plan.

-Monitor health safety and well-being of the residents and communicate with the Registered Nurse and/or physician when needed.

-Document information pertaining to changes in residents' functional status, personal needs, appointments, etc.

-Provide one-on-one support/visitation to assigned residents on a weekly basis or as requested by the Registered Nurse.

-Supervising nursing staff with training, work assignments and support.

Job Requirements include and are not limited to:

-A current and valid Practical Nurse License issued by the state of New Jersey.

-Maintain confidentiality of verbal and written information, pertaining to the residents.

-Maintain an accurate record of services given to residents.

-Adhere and carry out all policies and procedures.

-Report all job-related injuries to the Registered Nurse before the end of the shift.

-Respond to resident emergencies, provide first-aid assistance and arrange for medical attention/follow-up.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
