LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Fairfax VA

Prima Home Health is seeking LPNs to join our team! The locations is Fairfax VA 22030

You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients at their home:

Schedule: Sunday to Friday: 7pm to 7am (overnight)

Start date: January 7th, 2024

​Responsibilities:

• Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
• Provide basic patient care and treatment
• Administer prescribed medications
• Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
• Educate and update patients on medical treatments

​Qualifications:

• LPN license
• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields (6 months minimum)
• Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
