LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Assisted Living (Days)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Functions under the supervision and direction of the Director of Nursing to assist in the delivery of personal care services to residents on a day to day basis. This will include maintaining a physical, social, and psychologically safe living environment for the residents.

• Licensed LPN/LVN in good standing with Ohio licensing authority.
• Minimum of 1 year up to 3 years of experience working with senior adults and adults with cognitive decline is preferred.
• Effective communication skills to include verbal and written.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize daily tasks to meet the needs of the residents.
• Dependable, respectful of residents and open to feedback.
• Team player with ability to work independently when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
