We are hiring for LPN ( Licensed Practical nurse ) role.

Job Details -

• Title - LPN ( Licensed Practical Nurse )
• Position - 3
• Shift - Nights ( 3-4 shifts )
• Location - Niagara falls, NY
• Job type - Contract 8 - 13 weeks

Required Qualifications:

• BLS
• Active license
• 1 years of experience

Job Responsibility's -

• Administers and records medication, treatments and monitoring e.g. glucose checks, as ordered and reports and documents resident response
• Accurately transcribes physician's orders
• Completes monthly summaries as scheduled
• Reviews the care plan with NAs on monthly summary day and updates the care plan to reflect the resident’s current condition.
• Notifies the RN Supervisor immediately of a significant change in resident’s condition
• Reports and records changes in resident condition to the RN Supervisor
• Communicates resident transfers to immediate family and via email to department heads
• Completes transfer form for all transfers

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Long term care

Standard shift:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay

Supplemental schedule:

• Overtime

Weekly schedule:

• 5x8
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• lpn: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• NY License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Niagara Falls, NY 14301: Relocate before starting work (Required)
