The office LPN 's primary duties will involve direct patient care: obtaining histories, taking vital signs, and rooming patients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining autoclave, computer data entry, scheduling patients. Excellent communication and computer skills are required. Summary of Responsibilities
· Accurately record a patient’s complete health history
· Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
· Perform EKGs
· Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
· Provide follow up for outstanding lab and imaging orders
· Stocking and cleaning exam rooms
· Answering phones
Skills
· Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work within a team
· Knowledge of medical terminology
· Good knowledge of MS Office and data entry
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Compassionate and able to handle stress

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
