Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team for a 9-week contract position. As an LPN at Lebanon Nursing & Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents during the overnight shift. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring residents' health status and reporting any changes to the registered nurse or physician
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Documenting accurate and detailed medical records
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans for residents
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of [Your State]
• CPR certification
• Prior experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
