Facility: Chapel Manor

Shifts: 01 & 03

Shift Timings:

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Contract Weeks: 7+

Guarantee: 32

Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri.

Pay rate: 40/ hr on 1099

Requirements:

License/Certification

• Valid Certification as a LPN.
• Valid CPR/BLS certificate.
