SalaryResponsibilities:
- In home semi monthly visits with clients to check on current condition
- Administer first aid and assist with medication management as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities to support their daily needs and promote independence.
- Assist residents with dementia or memory loss by implementing appropriate care strategies and techniques.
- Ensure the rights and privacy of residents are respected and maintained in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and first aid procedures.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to different care settings and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages.
- Understanding of resident rights and the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

Pay: $29,315.00 - $38,365.00 per year
