Salary```Duties``` - Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and monitoring vital signs. - Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans. - Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques. - Monitor patients for changes in condition and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals. - Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for analysis. - Administer prescribed medications and treatments, including injections and IV therapy. - Assist with medical procedures, such as catheterization and tube feeding. ```Requirements``` - Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in [state]. - Knowledge of ICD-9 coding and ability to accurately document patient information. - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. - Familiarity with family planning and infant care practices. - Ability to perform basic laboratory tests and interpret results. - Proficient in administering medications and treatments. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
