Our Team
Located at 173 Worcester Street in Wellesley, MA, our office provides primary care for adult patients.
Our adult Internal Medicine practice provides physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventative care for patients ages 18 . The goal is to identify and control patients' health risk factors before they become problems. We diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and promote general health, disease prevention and overall well-being.

Schedule
We are seeking a Full- Time, 40-hour LPN to support the primary care practice onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Role Overview
Dedicated to clinical support, our nurses provide professional nursing care while collaborating with providers, staff, patients and families. This role is a mix of both patient facing and non-patient facing responsibilities.
Our providers and clinical staff members love to teach and mentor, so we are open to new grads seeking to gain experience in healthcare industry as they determine their long-term journey/career goals as a nurse!
Responsible may include:
- Responds to and prioritize incoming telephone calls, and triage appropriately.
- Communicates with patients and family regarding medications, test results, and treatment instructions.
- Vaccine/Medication administration and Management -Vaccine inventory
- Population Health Management/Health Maintenance- Chronic Disease mgmt.
- Observes, records and reports patient's condition and plan of care to the physicians/provider.
- Manages all aspects of process Prior Authorizations for: Rxs, DMEs, procedures, labs.
- In-Basket management.
- Ownership of Nurse Resource schedule for vaccines, BP checks, etc

- Graduate of an approved LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse program (per state requirements)
- Current state licensed as an LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse (as required by state regulation)
- Current CPR certification
