Job Description:
You would be joining an established team comprised of an ARNP, LPN and several Physical Medicine techs. This team works primarily in our electro-therapy department. They use a combination of subcutaneous therapeutic injections & electro-therapy to achieve pain management and nerve regeneration.
You would be needed to participate on the team that provides the injections, manages the patient’s supplies, manages the injectables, rooming patients, taking vitals and heavily supporting medical documentation.
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Required
- Be very confident with subcutaneous injections
- Be familiar with neural anatomy of extremities
- Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
- Have the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Demonstrate the technical and professional knowledge of an LPN.
- Demonstrate teamwork and team building skills
