LPN Days/Evenings/Nights

We're looking for LPN's who are able to work Full Time or Part Time Days/Evenings/Nights. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required. Every other weekend is required.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain established nursing objectives and standards
• Make periodic reviews and monitor residents' treatment and medications
• Make independent assessment regarding nursing care to ensure to ensure residents treatment are receiving proper care.
• Implement and prescribe restorative and self- help care programs
• Administer professional services and provide direct nursing care as necessary

Requirements: Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Have a NYS LPN in good standing
• Take pride in providing quality of care and services.
• Have excellent customer service skills.
• Have at least 1 -2 years experience in the medical field - Long term care experience preferred, rehab experience a plus
• Work well with others.
• Be willing to share ideas that enhance our workplace and resident quality of life.
• Be able to work with autonomy.
• Be punctual and dependable
