Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current Indiana LPN License.
- Certification/Registration as Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), preferred
- Basic Life Support Certification
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in office preferred but not required.
Education:
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing, LPN program.
- Maintain registration/certification/licensure, if applicable.
